Who's coming to your house

Hi, I'm Rosa.

I cleaned houses on my own in Katy for nine years before starting Brightside in 2021. Now there are eleven of us, and I still train every new cleaner myself, in a real house, for two full weeks.

Every cleaner is background checked, insured and paid by the hour, not by the house, so nobody rushes your home to get to the next one.

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients leave a code or a key in a lockbox. We text when we arrive and when we leave.

Do you bring supplies?

Everything, including a vacuum and a mop. If you want us to use your own products, just leave them out.

What about my dog?

We love dogs. Most clients leave them in a back room or the yard while we clean, but it's up to you.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel or move a visit with 24 hours notice and your deposit moves with it or comes back to you.
