Where's the van?

Fruta fresca, con chile.

Mango, piña, pepino and sandía, cut fresh every morning and loaded with lime and Tajín. Chamoy if you want it. From our little silver van on the Northside to wherever Houston's hungry.

~4 min

That's our average wait on a busy Saturday. The fruit is cut before we open, so all we do at the window is fill cups and shake on the chile.

Cash or card is fine. Zelle works if your wallet's in the car.

La dueña

Hola, soy Lupita.

My dad sold fruit from a cart in Guadalajara for thirty years. I grew up peeling mangos with a knife before I could ride a bike.

In 2023 I bought an old bread van, painted it silver and gave it his cart's name. I'm at the window most days. If you want your mango cut a certain way, just ask.

Party? We'll park it.

Quinceañeras, birthdays, school events, church festivals. We bring the van and the fruit, and you pay per cup. 50 cups minimum.
