The flavors

Pick your bag

Kettle corn is popped fresh all day. The other flavors are made that morning and sealed so they stay crunchy for a week.

Classic kettle

Sugar, salt, a little butter. The one we're known for.

Fresh all day

Caramel

Slow-cooked brown sugar caramel, crackly all the way through

White cheddar

Real cheddar powder. Orange fingers not included.

Houston mix

Caramel and cheddar in the same bag. Trust us.

Chile limón

Kettle corn with chile, lime and a pinch of salt

The family

Three of us at the kettle

Pop Life started at a church fair in 2019, with a borrowed kettle and a recipe Pops had been working on for years. We sold out in two hours and haven't missed a weekend since.

Pops still runs the paddle. His daughter runs everything else. And his granddaughter hands out the free samples, so be nice to her.
