Behind the counter
I grew up in Alief drinking my dad's cà phê sữa đá every Sunday. Matcha came later, in a café in Osaka, and I spent the flight home figuring out how to make it taste that good in Houston heat.
Green Hour started in spring 2024 with one folding table and a cooler. Now there's a proper stand, plus my little brother on weekends. You should tip him.
Office mornings, weddings, baby showers, grand openings. We bring everything and serve about 60 drinks an hour.
